Such a cute chair and perfect for my vanity! Easy to assemble and very soft. It got delivered sooner than expected. The only bad thing is that the actual chair arrived with little damages to the chair material.The chair was easy to put together and is beautiful and comfortable. However, the seat will not adjust up and down. The lever to adjust the seat just goes up and down without engaging. As a short person, I am so disappointed. The box was flimsy, beat up and split down the side when delivered and appears to have been retaped by the delivery service. I checked to see that nothing was lost from inside and tossed the box as it was unsuitable to use for a return. Still giving 4 stars because of the overall looks of the chair.Update: I changed the rating to a 5! Once I contacted the company through Amazon and explained what part failed, they sent the replacement part quickly. I received it on 3/7/22. So very happy with the outstanding service!Love it! The velvet has worn on the 'arms' of the chair already. I bought this back in March at the earliest.On top of that, I can't keep the adjustment in height very long. It was easy to put together. The chair itself feels sturdy and is adorable and soft. She loves it.I use this everyday for my vanity or desk. I assembled it in 15 minutes. The fabric is good quality and the color matched the photo.
