Bottom images DO make it more difficult to see writing for "notes" and "weekend" but I use the back for the weekend since that's always the busiest part of my week. It's good quality paper and it looks elegant. I wouldn't likely buy again if the price goes up though. And I wish it had a hole for hanging or a metal wire thing.
